On Sep. 29, I spoke to 2 employees , first employee hung up on me, the second she said she will call me back which she didn't. The Experience is not good. Customer service is very bad. While waiting for the call back from second employee, i called customer service and boom he answer all my enquiries, the best thing about it he is very knowledgeable and accommodating ,The opposite of two girls in Burnaby Kingsway fairstone branch.

Never deal with fairstone even if especially if you are desperate. They charge 30% interest.I took a loan from them a couple of years ago.I managed to get money to pay it off early thank God. Now they won't stop calling me and sending mail to get me to take another loan @ 30%!! I have requested them to stop but to no avail. They are legalized loan sharks!
