The Loan Store

Well this is the second time I have talked to Rose over the phone and when I get there she cannot do the loan. The first time in my wife’s name was on the title and I drove all the way over there and she says she has to be present when she should’ve asked me this information over the phone about whose name is on the title then today I wanted to get a loan which they have done in the past, on my van and when I get there she says she cannot do it because I have my company logo on the van when again she should’ve asked me about THE Van being used for work so I wasted another trip so I just want you to know that Rosa is very unprofessional I would not go to this place anymore. And if you do make sure you ask questions about names on the titles and about being company cars with logos on it , very unprofessional I wasted my time and gas. At the door they’re hiring because they are not professional that’s why they can’t hire no one. So I went and got a loan somewhere else.
